Compensation $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Pay based on experience (DOE) Position Summary The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mitigation projects involving water, fire, and mold damage. This individual will supervise field technicians, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, communicate with customers and management, and maintain quality control throughout each project. This position reports directly to the National Project Manager. Responsibilities Supervise water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish. Lead and manage field technicians while ensuring quality workmanship. Set up and oversee containment, drying equipment, demolition, cleaning, and restoration activities. Complete daily documentation, photos, moisture readings, and project updates. Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, property managers, and project management. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and industry's best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Train and mentor technicians as needed. Participate in the company's on-call rotation for emergency response. Travel to assist on projects when business needs require. Ensure warehouse and vehicles are stocked and maintained. Inventory equipment and supplies Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in water, fire, or mold restoration. Previous supervisory or crew lead experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor. Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments. Experience with drying equipment, moisture mapping, containment, and demolition. IICRC certifications are preferred but not required. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday, some weekend work may be required (hours vary based on projects) Participation in an on-call rotation is required. Occasional overnight travel and stay may be required.
