Job Responsibilities:

Water damage mitigation and dry-outs Setting up and removing drying equipment Demolition and removal of damaged materials Assisting with mold remediation Taking job-site photos and documenting work performed Keeping work areas and equipment clean and organized Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual Able to perform physical work, including lifting equipment and materials Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working in residential properties Restoration/construction experience preferred Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Full-Time Restoration Technician Company:

South Florida Experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, restoration, construction, or demolition is a big plus. Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, or mold-related incidents, demonstrating emergency response readiness. Perform cleaning and restoration tasks using hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and specialized remediation techniques such as mold and asbestos abatement. Conduct fire restoration efforts including debris removal, soot cleanup, and odor control to restore properties efficiently. Execute flood and water damage restoration procedures by extracting water, drying structures with industrial equipment, and monitoring moisture levels. Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all phases of work to ensure safety from hazards like respiratory risks or mold exposure. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-call coverage and job site transportation while maintaining adherence to safety protocols. Assist with construction-related tasks when necessary, including minor repairs or structural assessments during the restoration process. Follow all safety procedures diligently, including respiratory protection use and asbestos abatement protocols when required. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on restoration progress and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
