Job Description

Field Service Technician We are a bottleless water filtration company providing point-of-use purified water and ice systems to businesses for their employees. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field. Job Responsibilities Install bottleless water and ice units at customer locations Test the drinking water quality to ensure proper system performance Replace water filters based on testing results and service schedules Clean and sanitize water machines and tanks Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete necessary repairs Replace UV bulbs and clear water lines when needed Inspect units for leaks, wear, or malfunctions Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and service calls Follow all company and customer safety procedures Maintain the company vehicle according to company policies Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and coworkers Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable using basic hand tools Ability to work independently and stay organized Good time management skills Must be dependable with regular attendance Ability to lift heavy objects (up to approximately 125 lbs at times) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company insurance) Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to communicate professionally with customers Experience No prior experience required Fully paid training provided upon hire Why Join Us?
