The Field Service Technician will provide reactive, installation, preventative maintenance and removal services for our customers.

Field Service Technician's:

Provide accurate diagnosis for reactive service calls and make repairs as indicated on work orders, ensure that the equipment is operating correctly before leaving customer premises. While completing the diagnosis you will also complete your service report showing all parts used as well as detailing problems found and work performed. Complete equipment installations, removals and preventative maintenance as indicated on work orders while meeting contractual deadlines. You will make sure equipment is working properly and service reports are completed with all parts used and details of work performed. Our company if focused on providing excellent customer service. As a Field Service Technician you will focus on maintaining current relationships and building new relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:
