Earning Potential After Training:

Approximately $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on productivity and completed work assignments What You'll Be Doing As a Home Technology Technician, you'll work directly with customers to install and support a variety of residential technology solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Driving to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle Installing and configuring home technology products and entertainment systems Troubleshooting equipment and resolving service-related issues Delivering a positive customer experience during each visit Performing work indoors and outdoors as required Following established safety procedures and quality standards Representing the company professionally while in the field Paid Training Program Our training program is designed to help you develop the skills needed for success in the role.

Training includes:

Workplace safety and best practices Customer communication and service techniques Basic technical knowledge and product education Installation methods and troubleshooting processes Hands-on field experience with experienced team members After successfully completing training, you'll transition into a full-time field technician position serving customers in the Jacksonville market.
