Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Field Service Technician:

must have window glazing experience. As a Field Window Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of windows and sliding glass doors. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Deglaze and Reglaze all window types
• Window and Sliding Glass door screen installation on new homes
• Punch Out
• Diagnose and troubleshoot window and sliding glass door malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective parts as needed
• Conduct inspections to ensure windows and sliding glass doors are in proper working condition
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment performance and efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Window Service Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of windows and sliding glass doors
• Able to lift 75lbs
• Mechanically inclined
• knowledge of the use of power tools (drills)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
