The Role We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician in Medley, FL to install, maintain, and optimize our environmental control systems on customer sites. You'll work directly with clients, collect and analyze field data, and collaborate with engineering to drive continuous system improvements. Key Responsibilities Travel to your primary site and other client sites to install, service, and evaluate Apis control systems. Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, sensors, valves, and instrumentation. Collect, interpret, and communicate field data to internal teams and management. Provide excellent on-site customer service and technical guidance. Maintain strict safety standards (PPE, Lockout/Tagout) in industrial settings.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements Technical Aptitude:

Experience installing, diagnosing, and maintaining electro-mechanical or control systems; ability to read schematics and safely use hand/power tools.

Problem-Solving & Data:

Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret control system data.

Communication:

Clear verbal and written reporting for client interaction and technical logs.

Field Readiness:

Comfortable working outdoors year-round, navigating rough terrain/slopes, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (comfortable operating pickup trucks/ATVs/UTVs).

Education/Experience:

Technical degree/certification in electronics, mechanics, or industrial maintenance preferred (equivalent hands-on experience accepted).
