Must be able to communicate effectively with community team members and provide outstanding customer service.

General Accountabilities:

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple units include make-ready repairs Diagnose and repair problems with HVAC and water systems Painting Plumbing maintenance and repair Pressure washing Electrical maintenance and repair (i.e. light bulb change, smoke detectors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.) Perform move-in/out and semi-annual inspections alongside Property Manager Preventative or seasonal maintenance Orders parts, supplies, or equipment Performs general cleaning duties of properties which may include junk removal Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work Computer competency is required to complete work orders The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications:

Experience and skilled across different maintenance trades High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of related experience Licensed driver and vehicle

Ability to climb stairs Ability to travel up and down a ladder May be required to lift up to 85 lbs Must be able to operate, if necessary, small machinery (i.e. Mower, weed-wacker, etc.)
