Restoration Technician Best Coast Restoration Stuart, FL Job Details Part-time $19 - $22 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off On-the-job training Safety equipment provided Qualifications Water damage restoration Packing Moving Fire restoration Driver's License Water Certification Demolition Full Job Description Part-Time Restoration Technician — Stuart, FL Best Coast Restoration • Pay based on experience About us Best Coast Restoration is a fast-growing water, fire, and mold restoration company serving Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, and the rest of the Treasure Coast. The job You'll be on jobsites helping our crew stabilize and rebuild homes and businesses after water, storm, fire, and mold damage. Day to day that looks like: Selective demolition — removing wet drywall, flooring, cabinetry, insulation, and trim Setting and monitoring air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers Containment setup, plastic barriers, and negative-air setups on mold jobs Content handling, pack-outs, and jobsite cleanup Loading/unloading equipment and keeping the truck and warehouse organized Documenting work with photos and moisture readings as directed by the lead tech What we require Some form of demolition experience (construction, remodeling, framing, flooring, roofing — anything where you've swung a hammer and tore something out) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in hot, tight, or dusty conditions Show up on time, communicate, and take direction on a jobsite Pass a background check and drug screen Preferred, but not required Restoration experience (water mitigation, mold remediation, fire cleanup)

Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
