We specialize in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration, delivering expert service when it matters most. Our team operates 24/7 to provide rapid emergency response, with a typical on-site arrival time of just 1-2 hours. We are committed to professionalism, compassion, and excellence in every project — helping our customers restore not just their properties, but their peace of mind. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mitigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies, assess property damage, and perform mitigation services to prevent further loss. You'll work directly with customers on-site, providing professional service and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess property damage and create a plan to restore homes and businesses. Perform water extraction, fire and smoke repair, mold remediation, and structural drying. Use specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Document work for reporting and insurance purposes. Communicate with clients clearly, answering questions and easing concerns. Follow all safety protocols and industry standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work on-call shifts as needed. Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred. IICRC certification is a plus. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
