Job Description

Respond promptly to emergency water-damage calls. Inspect affected areas and identify the source and extent of damage. Perform water extraction using professional equipment. Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, baseboards, and other affected materials when required. Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and containment barriers. Take and document moisture readings throughout the drying process. Monitor drying equipment and make necessary adjustments. Photograph affected areas before, during, and after mitigation work. Complete daily drying logs, equipment records, and job documentation. Apply antimicrobial treatments according to company procedures. Protect customers' belongings and prevent additional property damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Load, unload, clean, and maintain company equipment. Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, plumbers, adjusters, and other contractors. Participate in an on-call rotation Maintain a valid driver's license and safely operate company vehicles.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
