Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-energy RCM Restoration Senior Lead Technician to join our emergency disaster recovery team. You will lead field operations for water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects. This role combines advanced technical execution, crew leadership, and direct customer interaction during critical situations.
Key Responsibilities Lead Field Operations :
Manage on-site restoration projects from initial assessment to final walkthrough.
Direct Crew Activities :
Supervise, train, and mentor junior technicians and temporary laborers on site.
Execute Technical Tasks :
Set up containment, extract water, install drying equipment, and perform mold remediation.
Manage Documentation :
Complete accurate digital job logs, moisture maps, and psychrometric readings daily.
Ensure Compliance :
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and IICRC industry guidelines.
Client Communication :
Serve as the primary on-site contact to explain processes and reassure property owners.
Job Requirements Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on disaster restoration experience.
Leadership :
Proven track record of leading field crews and managing project timelines.
Certifications :
Active IICRC certifications preferred.
Availability :
Must participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule.
Physical Ability :
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics).
Licensing :
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience plus overtime potential. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
