Field Technician -Industrial Heat Transfer Systems Location:
Marietta, GA (Relocation Available) Base Pay + Overtime Full-Time / Direct Hire / Heavy Travel Required (80%+) About theRole:
- Seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician with strong experience in industrial heat transfer systems, thermal fluid systems, process heating, industrial burners, combustion systems, boilers, ovens, or similar thermal equipment.
- This role focuses on commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, and quality support for industrial heating systems.
What You'll Do:
- Commission and start up industrial heating systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, piping, and thermal process issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
- Support factory acceptance testing and quality inspections.
- Review P&IDs, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
- Support weld inspections, ISO audits, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Train customers and provide technical support.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in industrial heating, thermal systems, boilers, burners, ovens, or process heating.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, or thermal fluid systems.
- ISO 9001 and internal auditing experience.
- Visual weld inspection experience.
- Ability to read P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Passport eligibility and heavy travel availability.
