Lead OUtdoor Technician, Window Cleaning/Power Washing/Gutters
WHO WE ARE
Shack Shine is a home service company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, and house washing services for a high-end clientele. Shack Shine Atlanta Northeast is hiring a Dynamic Lead Outdoor Detailing Technician-Residential who will help lead the production process while working with tools alongside their partner. The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding results to his or her clients. Those who enjoy working with their hands while owning the customer service experience will thrive in this role.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Part Time Outdoor Technician Outgoing personality, able to connect with clients and build relationships effectively MUST BE 23 or older for insurance purposes to drive our vehicles
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS
LICENSE and Clean driving record w/proof of driving history from the DMV, we will supply the link
MUST HAVE
On the Job use of Ladders 32ft or higher and comfortable with heights Experience in residential/commercial pressure washing, soft washing and window cleaning is a plus but Will Train Clean and professional appearance High comfort level with technology and business software Ability to precisely execute multiple tasks at the same time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer greeting and interaction Supervisory Skills Estimate and provide up sell opportunities Troubleshoot equipment and production issues on-site Customer close/walk around and payment collection Ask for a Google or online review Maintain job tracking and revenue details in our CRM/App

Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
