Job Desciption:

Interact with customer's employees, their management personnel and their customers on a daily basis providing best in class levels of customer service Visit different retail locations throughout your territory daily Work directly with store employees and management Provide customer training and sales/marketing support Assist with inventory, merchandising, equipment, and store presentation Adhere to program directives as communicated by client and customer Provide Sales and Marketing Support to customer Provide Customer training as required Evaluate equipment condition and provide reports Interact and work with internal field representatives to ensure best in class service Maintain professional appearance based on Company policy Perform daily data entry into multiple applications as requiredSchedule customer visits according to a variety of indicators and at the direction of our customers' needs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of Customer-service focused experience Friendly and outgoing Comfortable meeting new people every day Organized and self-directed Tech savvy with smartphones and internet applications Comfortable driving long distances Experienced in retail, merchandising, field service, customer service, or team leadership Has an excellent driving record If you like having variety in your day, enjoy being out in the field, and value the flexibility to manage your schedule, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
