We are a powerhouse team of experienced, supportive and knowledgeable professionals on a mission to become the #1 restoration company in Eastern Idaho by the end of 2026 . We are looking for a motivated Mitigation Technician who thrives on a fast paced environment and wants to grow with a winning team. What You'll Do
  • Rapid Response:
    Provide emergency restoration service including water extraction, fire/smoke damage cleanup and mold remediation.
  • Precision Work:
    Set up and monitor drying equipment, perform demolition when necessary and ensure every job site is left clean and safe.
  • Customer Care:
    Communicate with empathy and clarity to homeowners and business owners during stressful situations
  • Documentation:
    Use industry software to accurately track job progress, photos and mositure readings.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with our senior leads to meet our robust 2026 growth goals while maintaining our "team-first" culture. What You Bring to the Table
  • The Right Mindset:
    You are positive, resilient and ready to learn from the best in the business.
  • Physical Stamina:
    Ability to lift 50+ and work in various environments(crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
  • Reliability:
    A valid driver's license with a clean driving record are a must.
  • Availability:
    Participation in rotating "on call" schedule for emergency after hour responses.
  • Restoration Experience:
