Experience:
3+ Years We're seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide hands-on IT installation and support for construction job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, cameras, and other IT equipment. Install/configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and network infrastructure. Deploy cellular/satellite connectivity, hotspots, modems, antennas, and Starlink. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues. Document installations and coordinate with vendors/service providers. Travel regularly to regional and nationwide construction sites, including overnight trips.
Must Have:
3+ years of IT Field Service, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar experience Hands-on workstation/hardware deployment and troubleshooting. Experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and networking. Experience with cellular/satellite internet solutions. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record for the past 5 years (MVR required) . Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in construction/jobsite environments. Willingness to travel frequently nationwide.
Preferred:
Cisco experience, Starlink/satellite setup, Network+ or Cisco certification, and construction-industry IT experience.
