About the Role As a Field Service Technician for CNC Machinery, you will serve as a vital technical partner to regional manufacturing facilities, ensuring their production equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose complex issues, perform precision installations, and execute preventive maintenance programs that keep our clients competitive. Responsibilities Execute on-site installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for diverse CNC machining and turning centers. Drive customer satisfaction by resolving technical equipment failures and providing operational guidance to end-users. Maintain high standards of documentation for all service cases, ensuring accurate tracking of project status and technical history. Act as a primary technical resource, offering professional support and training to clients to maximize their equipment uptime. Manage your daily service schedule independently, ensuring timely arrival and efficient resolution of all assigned field tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate recurring technical challenges and contribute to long-term equipment reliability improvements. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial CNC equipment. Strong technical proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on professional client communication. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various local customer sites. Preferred Skills Certification or formal training in CNC machine repair or mechatronics. Experience with PLC programming or advanced control system diagnostics. Background in supporting high-precision manufacturing environments.
