Drive customer satisfaction by resolving technical equipment failures and providing operational guidance to end-users. Maintain high standards of documentation for all service cases, ensuring accurate tracking of project status and technical history. Act as a primary technical resource, offering professional support and training to clients to maximize their equipment uptime. Manage your daily service schedule independently, ensuring timely arrival and efficient resolution of all assigned field tasks. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate recurring technical challenges and contribute to long-term equipment reliability improvements. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial CNC equipment. Strong technical proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints.
