Description:

The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures.

Responsibilities:

Water extraction and mitigation Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration Microbial remediation Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up Demolition Emergency board-up and structure security Provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating our values All other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day, on a rotating schedule Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment throughout a structure 1 year of restoration industry, construction, or maintenance experience preferred
