Job Description
- Description
- We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Set up workstations, monitors, printers, scanners, and other technology equipment
- Provide technical support to end users in person, by phone, and through remote support tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues
- Assist employees with Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Assist with antivirus, endpoint protection, and software updates
- Connect users to network resources and provide basic training on company systems
- Document support requests, resolutions, and work instructions
- Coordinate with the IT Manager and external vendors on technology projects
- Assist with purchasing and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies
- Escalate complex technical issues as needed
- Support technology initiatives across multiple ATTC locations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly walk and work throughout a manufacturing facility.
- Comfortable spending time on the production floor interacting with employees.
- Periodically travel to other ATTC locations.

- This is a Contract position based out of Tell City, IN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
