Role Overview:

The Hospital Service Technician (HST) manages equipment within the hospital to ensure efficient flow. The HST maintains professional relationships with hospital staff and acts as a customer service expert. This is a large BED account, which means pushing and pulling heavy hospital beds. 2:30pm-11pm - Wednesday-Sunday$17/HR + .50 shift diff

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and set up equipment in patient rooms or standby locations. Communicate confidently with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality. Maintain quality standards and meet customer and company metrics. Pick up, clean, and process equipment following protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience (hospital setting preferred). Basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours. Physical ability to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, crawling, sitting, and standing.
