Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment including HVAC systems, hydraulic equipment, and roadside assistance. Install new parts and mechanical systems according to schematics, technical manuals, and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and improve efficiency. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals to accurately diagnose issues.

MUST HAVE

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently. Skilled in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and understanding HVAC & diagnostic technology. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across various mechanical systems. Ability to operate construction tools and equipment related to installation or repair projects. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions. Valid driver's license and insurance familiarity with local traffic laws is essential. Leadership qualities that enable guidance during team tasks or training sessions are a plus.
