Field Service Technician - Oil / Gas / AC Established, growing family-owned energy company looking for an experienced Field Service Technician. Ideal for someone who works well independently, troubleshoots confidently, and takes pride in customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair oil-fired and gas-fired heating systems Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups Diagnose basic A/C and cooling issues Explain findings and repair/replacement options clearly to customers Complete service documentation and communicate with the office Keep service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked Follow company and safety procedures Qualifications Appropriate oil/gas/AC licensing or certifications preferred 5+ years oil burner installation/service experience Experience with gas and working knowledge of A/C Valid license Clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills, able to work independently Pay & Benefits Sign On Bonus Pay based on license, skill, and experience 401(k) with 4% match, profit sharing Health, dental, vision insurance Paid holidays, vacation, sick time Take-home van Paid advanced training Annual performance reviews We are looking for someone who is more than a parts changer.
