Jobs › Woburn, MA › Field Service Technician Cleartide LLC Field Service Technician Woburn, MA Apply Cleartide is looking for a Customer Service Technician, or Field CST, to support our ever-growing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for operational duties such as physical delivery & transportation of equipment, installation of products for new & existing customers, servicing Cleartide machines in the field, and supporting customers with courteous and professional routine service. This role has opportunities for advancement and future growth opportunities within our service and operations departments. This role requires a valid drivers license, required background check, and ability to lift up to 75lb daily. What you?ll be doing Your primary function within the organization will be to provide successful, professional service to our new and existing customers to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. A typical day in this role will involve any of the following activities: preparing machines for delivery, receiving inventory, transporting machines in our company vehicle, visiting customer sites for routing service and/or troubleshooting a technical issue, installing new equipment at a customer site, and more. As our first primary operational hire, your role will be both autonomous and well supported with trainings and resources to make you successful. You will also have the opportunity to work in collaboration with our sales department to earn additional income on upsell opportunities within your customer accounts.
