Job Description

In-Home Service Technician TC Hafford Basement Systems Brewer, Maine, United States In-Home Service Technician Join a company that values exceptional customer service and rewards your ability to solve problems. TC Hafford Basement Systems is looking for a Service Technician to meet with existing customers, perform annual maintenance on basement waterproofing and foundation repair systems, troubleshoot concerns, and recommend solutions that help protect their homes.

What You'll Do:

Perform scheduled maintenance and service appointments at customers' homes Inspect existing systems and identify opportunities for repairs or upgrades Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships Install service-related products as needed Complete paperwork electronically and communicate clearly with customers Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean, professional appearance

What We're Looking For:

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Sales or customer service experience preferred Construction or home services experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Naturally mechanically inclined with the confidence to troubleshoot problems, think critically, and find practical solutions Comfortable using basic technology and mobile devices Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Able to work in crawl spaces and perform physical work when needed Must be able to start and finish day at our Brewer Maine location Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English Why Join TC Hafford Basement Systems?
