Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Tech to join our team. As a Field Service Tech, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our customers. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment at customer sites
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Fabricate and weld components as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar field service or maintenance role
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
• Proficiency in stick welding and fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with electrical systems and industrial electrician practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
