A Water Restoration Technician is a vital position to Servpro with room for advancement. We will train you for advancement opportunities. You MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Servpro is a full service 24/7/365 emergency service company specializing in restoring properties damaged from fire, water, mold, etc. Examples of the tasks performed by our all of our technicians in training are: Water Extraction, Demolition, Disposal of Damaged/Contaminated Items, Structural Cleaning & Deodorization, Moving & Cleaning of Contents, etc
Compensation:
$18-$25 per hour based on experience and skill level and certifications Bonus paid for Emergency Response Hourly wage premium for jobs requiring full body PPE Paid Training and Certifications Career advancement opportunities
Requirements:
2 years of Mitigation Restoration Experience IICRC Certifications a plus Positive attitude Dependable, Honest & Trustworthy Professional behavior and appearance Clean driving record and own reliable transportation (technicians will operate a company vehicle daily but must be able to get themselves to the shop for regular scheduled shifts & when called in for emergency response projects) Pass a criminal background check and drug screening Be available 24/7/365 for emergency work and participate in a rotational on call schedule Takes direction well and exercises good judgment Good communication skills, oral and written Able to lift 50lbs. repeatedly during a shift and 75lbs. on occasion Able to work from a ladder or in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) when needed Physically able to wear full body PPE (respirator and Tychem suit) when needed for specialty projects Able to work extended hours during catastrophic events or when work load is high
