Join Our Team! We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice seeking a professional and energetic Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping people, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments. Verify dental insurance benefits and collect patient information. Manage patient records and update information accurately. Coordinate appointment schedules to maximize office efficiency. Process payments and explain treatment costs when needed. Confirm upcoming appointments and handle follow-up communications. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
