TARUS. TARUS
is a global manufacturer of CNC machines serving world-class industries. You'll report daily to our Sterling Heights facility before dispatching to customer sites, supported by an experienced senior team as you build your field skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance on CNC machines at customer sites Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, working alongside senior technicians on complex cases Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and machine documentation Document service visits and repairs with detailed service reports Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every site TRAVEL Up to 25% domestic travel. Occasional overnight stays based on customer needs.
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of hands-on experience repairing or maintaining CNC machines, production equipment, or industrial machinery Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude — comfortable reading schematics and tracing problems Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams Clear communication and professional conduct at customer sites Valid driver's license; legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
GOOD TO HAVE
Any CNC controls exposure — Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar Prior field service or multi-site experience

Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
