We are a growing rendering company specializing in the collection and processing of used cooking oil and animal by-products. Our operations rely on durable, well-maintained equipment, and we're looking for a skilled Field Service Technician / Welder to keep our systems running safely and efficiently.

Position Summary:

This role combines hands-on welding, fabrication, and field service work. You'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining tanks, piping systems, cookers, and processing equipment both at our facility and at customer locations. This is a traveling position, we are out of town two

• three weeks every month.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel and stainless steel components Repair and fabricate tanks, pumps, piping systems, and structural components Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in the field Conduct routine maintenance on fleet and plant equipment Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as needed Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain accurate service records and reports

Qualifications:

Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication

• welding Stick and Wire Feed is a plus.

Ability to use a cutting torch, grinders, plasma cutters, hand tools, pneumatic tools, hoists, welders. Mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial or agricultural equipment preferred. Ability to work independently in field environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to read and comprehend blueprints Ability to travel in the United States based but international travel is available, and work weekends. Including occasional overtime. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previously certified as ASME code welder is a plus but not a requirement for hire

Preferred Skills:

Experience with hydraulic systems and pumps Ability to travel to company sites
