This is full time, permanent role with great benefits! Primary Duties & Responsibilities Foster a positive atmosphere of professionalism, goodwill, and accountability between the company and customers. Provide a superior level of customer service and satisfaction. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment at customer worksites. Complete Preventative Maintenance services on equipment, including industrial forklifts (electric, LP, gas), aerial equipment, compact construction machines, turf equipment, and agricultural machinery. Diagnose mechanical issues and deliver effective, timely solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service. Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed. Communicate clearly with customers regarding their equipment needs and service updates. Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to perform repairs. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and repair best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or similar role within an equipment dealership. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability. Excellent customer service skills with a strong teamwork mindset. Familiarity with equipment operation, repair methods, and safety procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. IND2
