Position Overview:
Evaluate damage caused by water, mold, smoke, and fire Present appropriate solutions to the client which will solve their urgent needs Protect client property through careful handling Remove affected building material (flooring, drywall etc.) according to protocol Set up specialized equipment that promotes the drying and sanitation of affected areas Monitor job sites in order to document and evaluate the drying process Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process to provide information and reassurance, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism Deliver excellence in customer service while exceeding the client's expectations
Qualifications:
Able to use basic construction hand-tools Able to operate and use power tools Valid and clean driver's license Excellent communication skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Must be professional while maintaining sensitivity to the needs of our clients Ability to work independently yet cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to fill out necessary reports for each job and turn in to management
