What You'll Do:

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to homes and businesses experiencing water damage and help get them back to normal.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to emergency water damage calls Inspecting and assessing affected areas Setting and monitoring drying equipment Extracting standing water Removing damaged materials when necessary Performing demolition and cleanup Moving equipment and materials Taking photos and documenting work Communicating professionally with customers Working closely with Project Managers and other technicians Following safety procedures and restoration standards Maintaining equipment and keeping vehicles/work areas clean

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and shows up ready to work Comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawlspaces, attics, and other job-site environments Able to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional and respectful with customers A good communicator and team player Willing to learn and take direction Able to work overtime when needed Able to respond to emergency situations when scheduled for on-call Experience in construction, demolition, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, handyman work, moving, or other hands-on trades is a BIG plus.
