About the role Join our Wilkesboro production team helping homeowners and businesses recover from water and property damage. This is hands-on field work with a crew that values hustle, reliability, and looking out for each other. What you'll do Perform water extraction, demolition, drying setup, cleaning, and job-site cleanup Load/unload equipment and keep the truck and tools organized Follow safety practices and supervisor direction on every job Treat every customer's property with respect Be ready for after-hours and weekend emergency calls as needed What we're looking for Reliable, hardworking, team-oriented attitude (experience helpful, not always required) Ability to lift, climb, kneel, and work in tough conditions Valid driver's license preferred Prior restoration, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or service work a plus How to apply Apply on Indeed.
