In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining product demonstrations across various environments. Your expertise will help showcase the value and functionality of our offerings, ensuring an engaging experience for customers and stakeholders alike. Duties Set up and operate demonstration equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized machinery, ensuring all products are showcased effectively. Assist with water damage restoration, flood restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other cleanup activities as needed during demos or project support. Maintain safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and adhering to industry safety standards at all times. Respond promptly to emergency situations such as water leaks or fire incidents by executing emergency response procedures and coordinating with first responders if necessary. Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features clearly, answering questions confidently, and ensuring a positive experience for clients during demonstrations. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting equipment and personnel to various job sites or demo locations. Perform routine cleaning of demo areas and equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety. Skills Strong knowledge of the restoration industry including water damage, flood restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and general construction experience. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other restoration-related machinery. Excellent understanding of safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, and adherence to OSHA standards. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while maintaining a valid driver's license. Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
