When a home or business is damaged by water, fire, or mold, our customers need someone they can trust. As a Mitigation Technician , you'll be part of the team that helps protect properties, clean up damage, and get people back on their feet. If you're hardworking, dependable, hands-on, and enjoy helping people , we'd like to hear from you! What You'll Do Respond to water, fire, mold, and other emergency restoration calls Extract water and set up drying equipment Perform controlled demolition and remove damaged materials Assist with fire, smoke, and mold cleanup Set up containment and operate restoration equipment Pack, move, and protect customer belongings Take photos, moisture readings, and job notes Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Operate company vehicles and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members What We're Looking For Dependable and hardworking Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Comfortable using tools and equipment Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to learn and take direction Valid driver's license and good driving record High School Diploma or GED Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Restoration or construction experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
