We're hiring a dedicated Community Resource/Independent Living Specialist who is ready to make a direct impact by working with adults with disabilities.

Job description:

Provide one-on-one independent living support to adults with disabilities Help individuals access local resources, public programs, and services that support independent living Maintain clear, timely documentation of services and consumer progress

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Experience working with individuals with disabilities (1 year preferred) Self-starter who's eager, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong people skills, patience, and a genuine commitment to inclusion and accessibility Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply
