Job Description

Not Healthcare related As a Field Service Technician , you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' office equipment running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing copiers and other office equipment by troubleshooting issues and replacing parts as needed Performing preventative maintenance to keep machines operating efficiently Investigating and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and care Communicating with office staff and team members to coordinate service and resolve issues quickly Documenting all service and installation work in company systems Building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support What We're Looking For We're willing to train the right candidate, but you should bring a strong desire to learn and some natural mechanical and problem-solving ability. Must be adept at using computers and able to perform basic print and scan connectivity installations Must have electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability
Requirements:
