This role is ideal for hands-on technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoy traveling, working independently, and supporting industrial customers in the field. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and compressor overhauls. Install, inspect, repair, and commission industrial reciprocating compressors and related equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Replace relays, sensors, transmitters, and perform basic PLC troubleshooting when required. Prepare service reports using Microsoft Word and Excel and communicate with customers using Outlook. Maintain a high level of safety and professionalism while working on customer sites. Travel approximately 80% throughout the United States, with occasional travel to Canada and Spain for training. Provide emergency support, including occasional weekend and holiday work when required. Requirements 3+ years of experience servicing industrial reciprocating compressors, industrial engines, or similar rotating industrial equipment. Strong experience performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and overhauls. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Experience replacing relays, sensors, transmitters, and performing basic PLC troubleshooting. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently in the field. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 80%.
