Field Service Technician Setting/Hours:

100% in Office| Full-time Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team.

JOB SUMMARY

Specialized manufacturer and distributor of industrial centrifuges and screening equipment serving primarily the food and beverage industry, with additional support for coal and aggregate operations. Organization is known for highly specialized equipment, strong safety standards, mechanical precision, and long-term employee development. Hands-on Mechanical / Field Service Technician role supporting both field service operations and in-house manufacturing activities. Position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and offers significant technical training due to the specialized nature of the equipment. Expected ramp-up and training period of approximately 6-12 months to develop expertise on proprietary systems and processes. Majority of service work is focused within the Tri-State area with very limited overnight travel. Occasional travel may be required throughout the United States and Canada. Company vehicle and gas card provided for local travel and service calls.

COMPENSATION

Flexibility available for senior-level candidates or individuals with directly related industry experience. Eligible for a discretionary end-of-year profit-sharing bonus. Standard 5x8 work schedule offering consistency and work-life balance. Flexible daily start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

MUST HAVES

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience required. Prior field service experience is not required; strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are most important. Comfortable working within established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings. Must provide and maintain personal tools necessary for the role. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport upon hire. Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record required.
