Job Description
Deployment Technician Location:
Cleveland, OH Position Overview We are seeking Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale technology implementation project within a newly constructed facility. This position involves installing, configuring, testing, and activating technology equipment in an active construction environment. Technicians will work closely with project teams and site personnel to ensure technology systems are deployed efficiently and meet project timelines. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term project work, hands-on deployment experience, and exposure to enterprise-scale technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities
+ Install and deploy a variety of hardware and end-user technology devices throughout the facility.
+ Perform cable installation, cable management, and connectivity activities.
+ Configure and verify technology equipment to ensure proper operation.
+ Conduct testing and validation of deployed equipment before project handoff.
+ Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and deployment-related issues.
+ Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.
+ Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety and operational procedures.
+ Accurately document completed deployment activities and project updates. Required Qualifications
+ Experience with hardware deployment, installation, and desktop support.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with device imaging, configuration, and deployment processes.
+ Ability to read and follow deployment plans and project instructions.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ Comfortable working in active project or construction environments.
+ Ability to manage priorities and meet established deadlines. Preferred Skills

+ Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
