Mobility City is the premier mobility equipment repair company in the US today. We provide service to veterans, seniors and the physically challenged via our mobile service vans and experiential showrooms. Our experienced technicians visit people's homes or institutions to fix wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, lift chairs and more. In addition, we provide "white glove" delivery on behalf of all of the major internet sellers.

Duties Include:

Through primarily mobile service thru the service van, the Service Technician will provide excellent service, communication about issues, and necessary sales to enable our clients to remain mobile and independent. 1. White Glove Delivery of mobility equipment a. Equipment already assembled, tested and loaded safely for transport to client's home b. Equipment details and demonstrated on site at the time of delivery c. Questions answered 2. Service a. Battery testing and replacement b. Charger testing and replacement c. Sanitization process completed d. Installation of mobility devices such as stairlifts, vehicle lifts, hospital beds and lift chairs. e. Testing and Adjustments made on mobility equipment, 3. Repair a. Installation of controls, motors and other replacement components b. Troubleshooting of issues, including communication with manufacturer's technical support lines to identify the problem and determine best course of action to remedy the situation.

Objectives:

1. Complete resolution of problem on the first visit 2. Issue-free delivery of all mobility items 3. On-time appointment scheduling and completion
