We are hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to support our field operations through demolition, equipment setup, debris haul-off, and jobsite cleanup. This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other physically demanding environments. We are willing to train the right candidate — no prior restoration experience required. Responsibilities Assist with demolition, debris removal, and construction clean-up Set up, monitor, and remove drying/mitigation equipment Work safely in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined environments Maintain clean, organized job sites Follow safety procedures and documentation standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and teamembers Qualifications Valid driver's license required Comfortable performing physically demanding labor Willingness to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics) Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team No prior experience required — training provided Compensation $18-$28 per hour , depending on experience and certifications Benefits (Full-Time Employees) Paid Time Off (2 weeks annually) 8 Paid Holidays Health Insurance Reimbursement Program Paid Industry Training & Certifications Paid Chiropractic Care to support field mobility and long-term health Advancement opportunities with a growing company Peak Northwest Restoration is committed to professionalism, clear communication, and supporting the long-term well-being of our employees.
