Overview Rover Scoopers is a growing local company providing dependable, five-star pet waste removal throughout the Portland Metro area. We're looking for a reliable Field Service Technician who enjoys active, independent work and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll drive an assigned route, visit customers' homes, remove dog waste from yards, and ensure each property is left clean and secure. No pet waste removal experience is required. We provide paid training. Compensation and Perks Starting pay of $20 per hour Customer tips currently averaging approximately $5 per hour Commissions on qualifying referrals and product upsells Performance-based monthly incentives after probation Monthly phone partial-reimbursement after probation Opportunities to grow with Rover Scoopers The probationary period is 60 days. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Comfortable working around dogs of different sizes and breeds Willing to work outdoors in rain, heat, cold, and changing weather Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Able to perform repetitive physical work, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds Willing to complete required background and driving-record screenings What You'll Do Drive an assigned Portland Metro route and complete scheduled stops Thoroughly remove dog waste from customers' yards Properly bag, transport, and dispose of collected waste Secure gates and leave every property clean and safe Document completed services and report access or safety concerns Our best technicians show up consistently, work efficiently, pay attention to detail, communicate promptly, and deliver the five-star service our customers expect.
