Qualifications:

While previous experience in commercial cleaning, mitigation, or a related field is preferred, it's not required. We're willing to train candidates who are eager to learn and want to make a difference. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in challenging conditions.
