Our goal is to leave customers with cleaner air, more efficient systems, and confidence that the work was done correctly. This position combines hands-on mechanical work with customer interaction. You'll be expected to take care of the customer's property, work safely, and take pride in your quality of work. Strong customer communication can also help increase what you earn through commission. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial air-duct cleaning/restoration Set up and operate specialized duct-cleaning equipment Load and unload trucks, tools, and equipment Protect and maintain customer property and work areas Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Document work and findings when required Follow company safety procedures Work independently, as well as part of a crew What We're Looking For Technical experience is helpful, but attitude, dependability, and fit with the team matter most.

Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely handle and climb ladders Comfortable working in a variety of residential and commercial environments Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to the shop/work location Willingness to learn and take direction
