When the unexpected happens, our Field Service Technicians are there to deliver expert technical support, ensuring our spas are repaired and maintained to the highest standard. Job Summary We are seeking a mechanically inclined and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing spas—working on everything from plumbing and filtration to electrical and cabinet components. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair spa issues, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and cabinet systems Perform scheduled service calls and occasional spa deliveries using a company vehicle Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate professionally with customers to explain repairs and timelines Travel for service calls, including occasional overnight or weekend trips Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills Clean driving record (required) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexible schedule for travel as needed Experience in spa or pool repair is a plus, but not required— on-site training provided Benefits 401(k) with up to 4% company match
