POS Service Technician Location :
Pottsville PA Position Summary As a POS Service Technician, you will Install POS systems, maintain and service electronic bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.
Requirements:
Requirements Primary Roles and Responsibilities Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment. Install, train and support POS Systems. Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules. Customer service. Assisting in tech sales as needed. Requirements, Experience and Education High school diploma / GED equivalent. Basic electronics, audio visual and PC knowledge. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Other Skills/Abilities:
Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions. Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed. A company vehicle is provided. A good driving record must be maintained. Be safety oriented.
