Job Description

Position Overview ServiceMaster Assured Cleaning and Restoration of Reading, PA is committed to excellence and dependability. Our priority is to develop our team members so they can serve our customers with excellence from the initial contact through the completion of each project. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Restoration Team Leader who is humble, teachable, and ready to lead by example. This role oversees field technicians and daily operations across water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer service. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside field technicians while overseeing multiple restoration job sites Assign daily tasks, review job scopes, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards Oversee restoration activities including water extraction, demolition, containment setup, and equipment placement Communicate with customers, property managers, insurance adjusters, and project managers regarding job progress Complete required job documentation, photos, moisture readings, and equipment tracking Maintain job site safety, equipment, tools, and vehicles in accordance with company and OSHA standards Qualifications Water damage restoration experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is a plus Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Comfortable learning and using job management software and technical tools Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in crawlspaces and attics, and wear respiratory PPE as required Training and IICRC certification opportunities are available.
