Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize wet chemistry processes (acids, bases, micro-etchants, plating solutions, and specialized chemical formulations) on PCB substrate lines.

Client Relationship Management:

Interact directly with client engineering and production teams, providing articulate, clear, and actionable technical communication.

On-Site Integration:

Provide hands-on assistance combining chemical bath maintenance, equipment alignment, and parts optimization for client facilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with regional Account Managers to maintain account health, resolve operational bottlenecks, and identify process improvements.
